Step 1 - Strategic advice and preliminary
overview

Step 2 - The search

a specific businesses has already been identified, we will
research this in depth, to provide an initial assessment |

will put together a short list of potential acquisitions,
and create an appropriate action plan. |
Step 3 - The negotiation process

will make an initial confidential approach to selected target
businesses, and collate responses |

We
will evaluate each target, including trading and financial
information, and current and future potential value |

We
will construct a "short-list" of companies, with
whom we will commence negotiations. |

We
will produce the Heads of Agreement, and coordinate the completion
process |
Step 4 - Post acquisition management

We
will work with our clients following completion, on an individual
basis, to advise on, and ensure that, all post acquisition
issues are properly identified and implemented. |
